Quartz with blue fluorite inclusions was discovered in Madagascar at Amborompotsy in the massif of the Itremo. The blue crystals of fluorite can be in the shape of a cube or octahedron and are generally fully formed. The fluorite is a one of the most sought-after inclusion, the deposit being exhausted.
Quartz with blue fluorite inclusions. Very rare from a collection made from the original mine in 2005. Blue/purple cubic or octahedral fluorite crystals with some white and some cavities where the crystal formed.
